Senior Research Facilitator
As the Senior Research Facilitator for the Social Sciences Division, I provide dedicated support to researchers for collaborative, interdisciplinary and multi-partner research applications. Working closely with the Associate Head of Division (Research) and the Head of Research, Impact and Engagement, I drive the advancement of the Division's Research and Impact Strategy by implementing innovative approaches and aligning divisional research goals with the departmental and University policies.
Leading the Divisional Research Support team, I support departments with the preparation of robust funding applications that align with funder priorities and address strategic goals, share insights form national and international research funding bodies, analyse the division's research performance data, and represent the division's interests on University committees and working groups and collaborate with inter-divisional teams, contributing to broader institutional initiatives. I also oversee the management of the Divisional Fell Fund allocation, supervise daily operations, and lead internal divisional peer review processes.
