EDI Action Plan
Our divisional EDI Panel develops our EDI strategy and action plan, and oversees and supports work towards greater equality, diversity and inclusion across the Division. In 2021 we published an EDI Action Plan, outlining steps being taken by the Division to advance change. A longer-term EDI Strategy and Action Plan will be devised during 2022/23.
