This term (HT22), all our delivery will be online / remote.
For operational reasons, it will not be strictly bound by term dates, and some content will be added as term progresses. You will receive notification of any significant additions by email.
There are three broad categories of training this term: courses, discussion groups, and resources.
1. Courses: these are re-modelled versions of face-to-face training. Most comprise a live-streamed element and an off-line self-study component.
2. Discussion Groups: It's not possible to recreate a face-to-face free-flowing conversation online, so these will consist of a live-streamed component (often with a guest speaker) and a Q&A component. For logistical reasons the Q&A format may vary, with some sessions requiring pre-submission of questions.
3. Resources: These will range from single files or webpages, to full self-study courses and will be delivered through Canvas, the University's Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
